What you buy

$25 buys help with one meal from your chosen cook, with up to 30 minutes in total across planning, shopping, and cooking. Text and photo review count as work. Calls and video are by arrangement. There is no subscription or automatic extra charge.

When to get help

Contact your cook after payment to agree on timing. Do not depend on an immediate reply. The pass ends when the meal and its follow-ups are complete. Unused minutes do not carry to a new meal. A new meal or help beyond the included time needs another pass.

If plans change

Email Makon@hey.com before help starts to request a refund or discuss a change. If we cannot provide the purchased help, we will refund the unused pass. For a problem after help starts, contact Makon so we can resolve it.

Your information

Stripe handles payment details. We keep your name, email, phone number, payment reference, meal status, and cook notes to provide the service. Your assigned cook can view your meal. Keep your private meal link safe: anyone with it can open your meal page. We do not sell your information. Contact Makon to ask about access or deletion; payment records may need to be kept.

Texts, photos, calls, and video use the service you choose, outside this website. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your meal.
